You will always get the lowest rate when you book directly with us. If you find a lower publicly available rate anywhere else within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, we will match that rate plus your first night is free!

Terms & Conditions

You must have a confirmed booking made directly with us through this website or phone booking. Claim must be made to us within 48 hours of your booking.
You must find a lower publicly available rate for the Same Accommodation. "Same Accommodation" means the same room type, with the same dates and length of stay, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable.
You may only make one claim for each stay. A "stay" means the total number of consecutive nights spent by the same guest or guests.
Our guarantee does not apply to negotiated rates not available to public (ie: corporate, wholesale, group discount etc), or rate disparities due to rounding, or fluctuations in the currency exchange rates.
